Cliff Walk, Newport RI is a dazzling hike of mansions, crashing waves, flowers and other scenery. From town, take the Bellevue #67 bus for about $2.00 a person. Just ask the driver to let you off at “40 – Steps”. The trail is partly easy paved with other parts tricky boulders. Most people will be OK, but it is not for the infirm or people prone to balance issues.
