WARWICK, R.I. (WLNE) — Warwick police arrested six people accused of breaking into Sherman Elementary School Monday.
Justin Melgar and Mynor Colindres, both 18, as well as 19-year-old Jonathan Brito and 21-year-old Jesus Cortes, were all charged with breaking and entering, and vandalism.
Both 19-year-old Jennifer Jaworski and 20-year-old Victoria Castro were charged with breaking and entering.
The group is accused of breaking into the school, which is under construction, and damaging the inside.
Investigators were able to track down the suspects after reviewing surveillance footage from the school’s cameras.
